Hair Reflections

My appointment was the day before my wedding on June 3, 2022. My sister recommended me to this stylist/owner. Before the appointment, I had a consultation. I showed photos that perfectly depicted the style I desired. I requested a complete sew-in and informed Leola that I wanted to keep this style for its intended duration. The first issue I encountered was the lack of hair needed for the desired style. Initially, my stylist directed me to Beauty World. Upon arrival, they were clueless about the products I needed. I contacted Leola, explained the situation, and read out the hair packs I had in hand before purchasing. Leola advised me to get two packs. During the appointment, I received a thorough wash, but the final style was far from what I had asked for. I had to buy a scarf to attend my wedding rehearsal and dinner. We had to buy additional hair and find another stylist to fix my hair. Instead of having breakfast and preparing for my day on my wedding day, I spent an extra 2 hours at a different stylist's location. I had to wake up at 6 am on my big day. It was devastating! I almost considered cutting off all my hair. Consequently, I will never let anyone touch my hair again. The photos below were taken on the same day as the appointment. I even left with a wrap around my head and was told to let it sit overnight! $197 wasted and filled with embarrassment. So, would I recommend Hair Reflections? No. Leola knew that both my sister and I were unhappy with the hairstyle. Her response was that we needed to get used to long hair.

I simply adore visiting this place. Leola helped my mother years ago, and by chance, I rediscovered them recently. And I absolutely love it here. Getting appointments for my daughters and me is a breeze. We're in and out quickly. She does fantastic work.
