My appointment was the day before my wedding on June 3, 2022. My sister recommended me to this stylist/owner. Before the appointment, I had a consultation. I showed photos that perfectly depicted the style I desired. I requested a complete sew-in and informed Leola that I wanted to keep this style for its intended duration. The first issue I encountered was the lack of hair needed for the desired style. Initially, my stylist directed me to Beauty World. Upon arrival, they were clueless about the products I needed. I contacted Leola, explained the situation, and read out the hair packs I had in hand before purchasing. Leola advised me to get two packs. During the appointment, I received a thorough wash, but the final style was far from what I had asked for. I had to buy a scarf to attend my wedding rehearsal and dinner. We had to buy additional hair and find another stylist to fix my hair. Instead of having breakfast and preparing for my day on my wedding day, I spent an extra 2 hours at a different stylist's location. I had to wake up at 6 am on my big day. It was devastating! I almost considered cutting off all my hair. Consequently, I will never let anyone touch my hair again. The photos below were taken on the same day as the appointment. I even left with a wrap around my head and was told to let it sit overnight! $197 wasted and filled with embarrassment. So, would I recommend Hair Reflections? No. Leola knew that both my sister and I were unhappy with the hairstyle. Her response was that we needed to get used to long hair.

Debbie and the team at Dye Pretty are incredibly friendly and enjoyable. Their communication skills are top-notch. The vibrant colors they've done for me have lasted for months without fading much, even with regular washing. Debbie goes above and beyond when I switch colors, ensuring my hair remains healthy. She also provides helpful product recommendations.

Sarah provides the most incredible facial experience. From deep pore cleansing to gentle exfoliation, accompanied by soothing music and light scents, every detail is meticulously attended to. She listens to your concerns and effectively addresses each one, utilizing every moment to enhance the appearance and texture of your skin. I always leave feeling relaxed and with a radiant glow that lasts for weeks. Sarah suggests products for at-home use without any pressure to purchase. She maintains a professional demeanor while radiating warmth and positivity.

This is by far my all-time favorite haircut! Make sure to set aside time for the complete experience beyond just the haircut - a detailed consultation, a luxurious head/scalp massage during the shampoo, and a super enjoyable styling session at the end. The salon itself is absolutely stunning, exuding those perfect salon vibes, and Yodi is simply the best!
