Extremely unresponsive. I made 4 attempts to contact my healthcare provider regarding my prescribed medications, but received no response. Finally reaching the doctor's nurse, I was left unanswered on my inquiries. The doctor appears to hold unfounded biases based on patient age and location, showing reluctance towards medications that have proven effective over the years. If possible, I would rate lower. EDIT: After the 5th call, my pharmacy notified me of a new prescription being filled. The following day, the nurse confirmed it was for my previous meds, offering no resolution to my initial questions. A disappointing and frustrating experience.

I had been under the care of a psychiatrist here for a number of years. Recently, he decided to depart from Winona Health. Left without my necessary prescriptions, including vital antipsychotics, I was informed by a nurse that I would not receive a refill without seeing a doctor. Despite having an upcoming appointment with another psychiatrist, I was denied medication. When I questioned the safety of abruptly stopping my meds, I was advised to search for a doctor willing to write them. After a perplexing encounter with the nurse, I received a letter two days later, stating I was banned from Winona Health. I would not recommend this facility, as it lacks proper care. In my opinion, it should be shut down.
