Extremely unresponsive. I made 4 attempts to contact my healthcare provider regarding my prescribed medications, but received no response. Finally reaching the doctor's nurse, I was left unanswered on my inquiries. The doctor appears to hold unfounded biases based on patient age and location, showing reluctance towards medications that have proven effective over the years. If possible, I would rate lower. EDIT: After the 5th call, my pharmacy notified me of a new prescription being filled. The following day, the nurse confirmed it was for my previous meds, offering no resolution to my initial questions.
