I relocated to Summit Ridge Town a year ago and must say it's an outstanding apartment complex. The team is courteous and efficient. The apartment layouts are modern and appealing. The grounds are well-maintained and consistently tidy. A great feature is the property's video surveillance, and from what I've heard from other long-term residents, there have been no issues. Moe is also a kind and accommodating individual who always looks out for his tenants.
I've been a resident here for nearly a month now, and it's a remarkably quiet and peaceful place to live. I highly recommend it for individuals who work.
It's been a while since I've resided in an apartment. So, when a long-term job opportunity out of town arose, I opted for an apartment over a hotel room. It turned out to be a wise decision. My apartment was spacious, clean, and everything was in working order. Most importantly, it was serene and calm. I spent over 1 1/2 years there without even realizing I had neighbors. Whenever I needed assistance, Amy and Mo were prompt in addressing it. When my next extended job in Winnemucca comes up, I will definitely choose to stay there again. I highly recommend this option over hotels, unless you enjoy the sound of children jumping off furniture above you.
