Having visited various Family Dollar stores in different states, I must say that this one stands out. Despite being packed with items, it is well-maintained and orderly, a rarity in such establishments. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, making the shopping experience pleasant.
The store is quite disorganized and items are not placed in their proper locations. There is an overwhelming presence of clothing favoring one ethnicity over others. While some may find it controversial, I wouldn't mind owning a shirt that reads "Bold, beautiful and white!"
I used to enjoy shopping here, as the staff were always friendly and exceptionally helpful. However, my recent visits have been disappointing. There is now a 60/40 chance of encountering rude employees when asking for assistance. During my last visit, I inquired about a product and asked for guidance in locating it. The employee bluntly replied that she didn't know and suggested I continue searching on my own. She didn't even bother to leave the register or make eye contact. The store has become chaotic and lacks the organization it once had.
