Lack of communication. I've had subpar work done in the past, but most nail technicians would attempt to rectify the mistakes. I politely asked for a new technician or to reschedule. I understand it's not an easy job, and everyone has bad days, which is totally fine. However, this individual showed no interest in fixing their errors, refused to reschedule or even acknowledge the poor work on my nails. I suppose integrity has gone out the window.
My manicure only lasted a week, and I paid $70! I posted a photo of the terrible work, but my reviews keep getting deleted. Unfortunately, the nail technician was very rude and rough.
I ABSOLUTELY adore this place! They do an incredible job quickly, and their work is absolutely stunning! After reading other reviews, I have not encountered any negativity here. They are always kind, gentle, and incredibly pleasant 😍 ...
