My manicure has endured for over three weeks, consistently looking flawless. Many thanks to Melody, Jon, and Harper for their excellent work. I always enjoy my visits when I'm in the area. Until next time!
Today, I indulged in a manicure and pedicure at Emerald Nails. While I was satisfied with the services rendered by the new stylist—she was courteous and skilled—the overall experience was tainted by the conduct of the salon proprietor. The owner publicly criticized and embarrassed the employee in front of customers, displaying unprofessional behavior that soured the ambiance. It's disheartening to witness such mistreatment of staff in what could be a stellar salon.
My initial visit to Emerald Nails was a pleasant surprise. The establishment was impeccably clean and well-kept, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The nail technician did an exceptional job with my manicure. 💅
