Recently relocated from abroad (Europe) and contacted Moda for a nail appointment inquiring about the use of hard (binding) gel, which they confirmed. I scheduled an appointment. I didn't request the most economical treatment; they likely assumed so and assigned me to a very pleasant but inexperienced individual named Hannah. She struggled to remove my old gel, repeatedly soaking my nails without success, followed by incomplete filing, leaving them uneven with neglected cuticles. She haphazardly applied the gel coating and color on top, resulting in a laughable nail appearance 😐 I value my nails highly, and this was a complete disaster for me. Now, approximately 10 days later, my nails look unsightly and are peeling off. While everyone was polite, they should recognize when their staff needs further training and inquire about our preferred price range when assigning service providers. Nails hold significant importance for me, and I won't be returning there for further damage.
My initial visit to Moda Beauty Bar was one of the most memorable and welcoming experiences I've had in quite some time. Sydney, my new eyebrow artist, did an outstanding job! Extremely accommodating and focused on customer service, she prioritized making a new client, like myself, feel at ease throughout the process. A perfect 10/10! I highly recommend visiting her not only for all your eyebrow needs but also for other services too!
