If it were possible to assign negative stars to this establishment, I would gladly do so. It is my belief that the individual who owns or manages this business should refrain from performing nail services altogether. I visited this place on two occasions, and on both instances, he appeared to be dozing off while attending to my nails. It is disconcerting to have the owner or manager insist on providing nail services and exhibit poor craftsmanship.
