If it were possible to assign negative stars to this establishment, I would gladly do so. It is my belief that the individual who owns or manages this business should refrain from performing nail services altogether. I visited this place on two occasions, and on both instances, he appeared to be dozing off while attending to my nails. It is disconcerting to have the owner or manager insist on providing nail services and exhibit poor craftsmanship. I urge potential customers to avoid selecting him for nail services, as he may fall asleep during the process, resulting in unsatisfactory outcomes.
This has been my most dreadful experience with nail services, and the quality of the work done was subpar. The technician with short red hair should reconsider her profession in nail care. The lack of customer service was evident when I pointed out the flaws in my nails, only to be met with denial until I raised my voice. After perusing numerous negative reviews, it appears that this is a recurring issue within their business practices.
I have frequented this establishment for approximately 2 years and have always been satisfied with their services. However, during my visit yesterday for a nail fill and new design that I had shown to the technician, she mistakenly filed down my existing nails. While in the process, my finger slipped and she accidentally cut the top of my middle finger. Despite this, she proceeded with the fill using the previous (yellow) color still underneath. She then engaged in conversation with another employee, and when I reiterated my desired design, she had me sit in her chair. Throughout the process, she continued to cause discomfort to my injured finger. Placing cotton underneath did not alleviate the issue, as it got caught while she was filing, worsening the injury. In frustration, I pulled my hand away and tears welled up. Reluctantly, I allowed her to finish as I did not want to seek services elsewhere and incur additional costs. Upon completion, she demanded a payment of $55 and upon refusal, the owner was called, who insisted on payment without offering an apology. Disheartened, I left the establishment amidst their raised voices.
