I visited this salon for a haircut a week ago. I showed the stylist a picture for reference. The initial cut seemed fine, but as she worked on the back, I sensed something was off. When I asked to see, my fears were confirmed. The back was a mess, and the sides were uneven. Another stylist tried to fix it, but it was too late. I left extremely disappointed. The excuse given was that the picture I showed had styled hair, but the issue was the poor cut itself. I had long hair before, and now it looks terrible. It may take a year for it to grow out enough to be fixed. The stylist who cut my hair had blue hair. I later found a review from another customer who had a similar bad experience with her. I wish I had seen that review earlier.

I recently underwent brow lamination and tinting here, and it was a delightful experience. The presence of a massager on the table helped me relax and feel pampered while Farina worked on my brows. She explained each step thoroughly and addressed all my inquiries. The end result on my brows was excellent, and I will certainly return for more services.
