Marsheila is incredibly friendly, efficient, and quick. It literally took me longer to drive to the appointment than the time she took to work her magic! As a first-timer to waxing, she made me feel completely comfortable and turned the process into a pleasant experience. I am thoroughly impressed with her services and will definitely become a regular. If it were possible to assign negative stars to this establishment, I would gladly do so. It is my belief that the individual who owns or manages this business should refrain from performing nail services altogether. I visited this place on two occasions, and on both instances, he appeared to be dozing off while attending to my nails. It is disconcerting to have the owner or manager insist on providing nail services and exhibit poor craftsmanship. I visited this salon for a haircut a week ago. I showed the stylist a picture for reference. The initial cut seemed fine, but as she worked on the back, I sensed something was off. When I asked to see, my fears were confirmed. The back was a mess, and the sides were uneven. Another stylist tried to fix it, but it was too late. I left extremely disappointed. The excuse given was that the picture I showed had styled hair, but the issue was the poor cut itself. I had long hair before, and now it looks terrible. It may take a year for it to grow out enough to be fixed. The stylist who cut my hair had blue hair. I later found a review from another customer who had a similar bad experience with her. I will rate this shop with 2 stars as I genuinely enjoyed my experience. However, the simple set I received here would have likely cost me around $100 elsewhere! I was anticipating paying around $130-140 for some basic add-ons, but was surprised to be charged $185, or $190 with the card fee. Most nail salons usually inform you of additional costs before proceeding with the service, but that was not the case here. It was quite a shock when the price was revealed at the time of payment! The technician mentioned the extra cost was due to the length of my nails, which was questionable as I had opted for a short set. If you plan to book with them based on the website's listed prices, ensure you only choose a single-color manicure without acrylic.
