So… I seldom post poor reviews and it pains me to do so but after a few days I’ve decided this experience was so horrible it’s the right thing to do. I can confidently say this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I’ve never even had a negative word to say about a nail salon before. Here’s what happened:

I must say, Laze nail spa is absolutely fantastic. Alex and their partner went above and beyond to accommodate my hectic schedule, even offering to extend their hours for me. Their establishment is impeccably clean, and I appreciate the personalized box they provided for my nail files for future visits. The conversation was delightful, and the services were top-notch! The pedicure was so relaxing, I nearly dozed off. Alex executed my nail design exactly as I requested, and the end result was stunning. Both individuals were incredibly accommodating, ensuring my comfort throughout. They even inquired about my music preferences! I felt like royalty, leaving the spa feeling beautiful and thoroughly pampered. I will definitely be returning every other week. Absolutely adore this place.
