Upon entering, I was promptly greeted and guided to Kelli's station. Kelli warmly welcomed me and inquired about my nail preferences. Her friendly demeanor made me feel at ease. She meticulously shaped my nails, and the design turned out perfect. I left satisfied with Kelli's excellent service and will definitely return.
My first time at this nail salon was made easy by the online appointment booking system. I reserved gel and regular pedicures for my daughter and myself. The salon was immaculate and inviting. Niki, our nail technician, went above and beyond with her exceptional service, especially the foot massage. When the initial color choice didn't meet my expectations, Niki handled the situation professionally. We left feeling extremely pleased and plan to revisit in the future.
Unable to secure an appointment at my usual salon for over two weeks, I visited this nail salon on short notice. The staff was friendly and professional, and I received a fill and pedicure without feeling rushed. REN, my nail tech, was fantastic, and I quickly felt comfortable with her. I highly recommend her and this salon for a great experience.
