I was thrilled to purchase olaplex oil today, but the cashier, Lindsay, was quite rude. I noticed another review mentioning the same issue with her. Ulta, please encourage your employees, especially Lindsay, to be kind. We want to leave the store with a smile, not feeling disappointed.
My shopping experience was pleasant overall. I was greeted, assisted, and taken care of until I reached the register. The cashier, "Reese," didn't hand me my bag like usual; instead, she shoved it at me, causing some items to almost fall out onto the counter. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, but it's all good.
I had a fantastic experience at the Ulta salon. I really needed a haircut and wasn't feeling great about it, so I called to check for availability. Krystina answered the phone and was incredibly kind. She told me she could fit me in right away. When I arrived, she listened to my preferences, looked at the pictures I brought, and executed the cut perfectly. I highly recommend her. Ulta is fortunate to have such a professional with amazing customer service skills. I left the salon feeling fantastic and looking great!
