I totally adore MY Zoee! She is the absolute best and the most delightful little doll ever. She is incredibly easy to converse with. I can discuss any skin or hair concerns with her. Allow me to share the incredible experience I had at Serene Touch! It all began with what turned out to be the most extraordinary massage of my life. Jordan skillfully worked on my shoulder muscles, releasing tension and stress from my body. I've struggled with shoulder problems for years following a car accident, and this massage provided more relief than any physical therapy, including dry needling, and was much more enjoyable.
Later, I had the pleasure of meeting Riley, who treated me to a delightful facial. Riley's expertise and skill were evident as she shared valuable tips to enhance the beauty of my skin. This, too, was a soothing and pleasurable experience.

I contacted this salon and a person suggested I go to Michelle for partial/face frame highlights and a trim. I left with severely damaged hair and an uneven cut. It took me a while to notice the issues, but once I did, it was clear how bad it was. I found a new stylist who specializes in fixing color and cut mishaps. She told me how damaged and over-processed my hair was, advising me to cut off at least 5 INCHES to get rid of the dead hair. She showed me pictures of the damaged highlights. I only get my hair done ONCE, maybe TWICE a year, so this is very disappointing. My hair has been falling out due to the damage. Just a few days ago, my hair was thick and healthy. Now I need frequent haircuts, deep conditioning treatments, and root smudges to fix this disaster. What a pity.
