I totally adore MY Zoee! She is the absolute best and the most delightful little doll ever. She is incredibly easy to converse with. I can discuss any skin or hair concerns with her. She possesses extensive knowledge and is genuinely helpful. She makes me feel at ease in a rather uncomfortable setting and consistently strives to address my requirements. She has essentially seen every inch of me from head to toe, and I wouldn't entrust anyone else but her! She is exceptional! I was thrilled to purchase olaplex oil today, but the cashier, Lindsay, was quite rude. I noticed another review mentioning the same issue with her. Ulta, please encourage your employees, especially Lindsay, to be kind. We want to leave the store with a smile, not feeling disappointed.

I contacted this salon and a person suggested I go to Michelle for partial/face frame highlights and a trim. I left with severely damaged hair and an uneven cut. It took me a while to notice the issues, but once I did, it was clear how bad it was. I found a new stylist who specializes in fixing color and cut mishaps. She told me how damaged and over-processed my hair was, advising me to cut off at least 5 INCHES to get rid of the dead hair. She showed me pictures of the damaged highlights. I only get my hair done ONCE, maybe TWICE a year, so this is very disappointing. My hair has been falling out due to the damage. Just a few days ago, my hair was thick and healthy. Now I need frequent haircuts, deep conditioning treatments, and root smudges to fix this disaster. What a pity.
