I contacted this salon and a person suggested I go to Michelle for partial/face frame highlights and a trim. I left with severely damaged hair and an uneven cut. It took me a while to notice the issues, but once I did, it was clear how bad it was. I found a new stylist who specializes in fixing color and cut mishaps. She told me how damaged and over-processed my hair was, advising me to cut off at least 5 INCHES to get rid of the dead hair. She showed me pictures of the damaged highlights. I only get my hair done ONCE, maybe TWICE a year, so this is very disappointing. My hair has been falling out due to the damage. Just a few days ago, my hair was thick and healthy. Now I need frequent haircuts, deep conditioning treatments, and root smudges to fix this disaster. What a pity. Please AVOID THIS PLACE.
I've been going to Dylan for a while now, and he's truly exceptional. I won't go anywhere else. He is very knowledgeable about hair coloring and always helps me choose a color or style that won't harm my hair but will give me the desired look. I trust him completely with my hair, knowing I'll always look fantastic. He is easy to communicate with, transparent about pricing, and his rates are very reasonable. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
A friend and I visited this place for prom hair and makeup. Ashton was polite and respectful, but the results were not what we expected. We asked for neutral eye colors with bronzer and blush on our faces. Instead, I ended up with yellow and maroon eyeshadow that hardly showed up. Whatever was used caused breakouts for both of us. Our hair was styled, but the curls wouldn't hold. My hair was curled multiple times but went straight soon after, which is unusual. We were confident due to the reviews, but the service did not justify the cost.
