Always accommodating. The pricing is unmatched, and they always provide a clear breakdown beforehand. I typically opt for pedicures but prefer my nails to be trimmed. The service, pricing, and final outcome never fail to impress me. I have never left dissatisfied.
I am truly taken aback by a recent 1 star review for this nail salon. It's evident to me that individual lacks comprehension of the pricing system. They intentionally segment the services so you only pay for what you desire. Personally, I always maintain the same shape, so I don't incur additional costs for reshaping my nails. No one appreciates a sudden price increase at the end of a service, but at LT Spa, they offer an extensive menu that clearly outlines all the pricing. If ever in doubt, just ask, as they are incredibly courteous. One of the reasons I chose to frequent them is because I found their rates to be quite reasonable for the region. In response to that reviewer, yes, the powder incurs a cost, but beyond that, you are paying for their time, so any element that extends the service duration will result in additional charges, which is completely logical. I have been a patron for just under a year. I never schedule appointments, I simply walk in, so I have had my nails done by around 9 different individuals, and each time I have been exceedingly pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone in the vicinity who seeks my opinion; they are truly exceptional.
