I am utterly let down. I got a fancy manicure and my nails didn't even last the night before they chipped.
FIND ANOTHER SPOT. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Terrible experience. I typically do my own nails at home, but since I'm going on a trip, I thought of treating myself. I walked in, chose orange for my toes and blue for my fingers. I had already shaped my nails to my liking, just needed them painted and some touch-up on the sides. I didn't ask for long-lasting polish. Firstly, they were in a rush to close. I arrived at 5:30, they shut at 7, and what I wanted would take about 30 minutes as per the lady. She cut nearly a centimeter off my nails, though I requested just filing. Then she rounded them despite my preference for square. She applied 2 coats of polish, and my nail still peeked through. The ORANGE I chose was barely visible. It chipped and she ignored it, continuing to paint. Meanwhile, another lady rushed me to pay even before I saw the final result. AVOID THIS PLACE. I've attached a photo of my pink home-done nails and the salon's finished work on my hands and toes. So disheartened.
The nail artist was incredibly meticulous, achieving a flawlessly smooth color finish on my nails, and I absolutely adore the outcome. The salon is impeccably clean, following social distancing and safety guidelines. I will definitely return!
