I experienced my first Brazilian wax recently. Elena typically only waxes my face and brows, but this time I wanted to try my first Brazilian. I was apprehensive and a bit of a wimp about it, but Elena made me feel so at ease and relaxed. She was patient and empathetic with me and didn’t make me feel like I was a nuisance even though I know I was a challenging client that day for anyone. Any other place might have halted my service, but Elena guided me through it and made me feel so confident afterward.
