The owner confirmed they could accommodate my request and began painting my nails without fully understanding my desired outcome. Despite my explanation, the technician proceeded with a different service, causing discomfort as the gel clear coat came into contact with my skin due to the short length of my natural nails. At the time of payment, I confirmed card acceptance, only to be informed that cash payments could avoid taxation in the future. The final bill exceeded my expectations, with an unauthorized tip added by the technician, leading to a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Considering the discrepancies in service and pricing, I am contemplating returning to address these issues.
