I had a 2 o'clock appointment - waited for 20 minutes. No one greeted me. Another woman walked in and was seated before me. I was repeatedly asked if I wanted gel polish, even after I stated I wanted regular polish multiple times. I was informed they don't do nail designs with regular polish and was asked to pay before my nails were even finished. The technician missed spots on my nails and didn't apply cuticle oil.
