I had a 2 o'clock appointment - waited for 20 minutes. No one greeted me. Another woman walked in and was seated before me. I was repeatedly asked if I wanted gel polish, even after I stated I wanted regular polish multiple times. I was informed they don't do nail designs with regular polish and was asked to pay before my nails were even finished. The technician missed spots on my nails and didn't apply cuticle oil. I was left at the nail dryer without any follow-up.
These nail experts are truly skilled in all nail techniques! I've had countless pedicures and multiple manicures done here. They always turn out flawless! The hand massage during a manicure or the lower leg massage during a pedicure is incredibly relaxing. They offer a wide range of beautiful colors. The facilities are spotlessly clean, and the nail technicians are highly professional.
