I've left a review before, but I felt compelled to leave another. This is the only salon I trust in the area. Laura is absolutely fantastic! The staff is always friendly and engaging. Cannot praise the service enough. Picture from today's visit. I can only give one star because I have to! Absolutely terrible experience! I made an appointment, but it got canceled by the lady. When they rescheduled, I specifically asked for my hair to be thinned out, and they assured me anyone could do it. So, I took time off work and went in! To my surprise, the girl attending me mentioned she had anxiety and couldn't thin my hair! Another lady, who was doing a perm, had to show her how to thin hair, which is baffling considering she's supposed to be licensed! She barely did any thinning, just a few spots. When I asked her to trim the length, she said she wasn't comfortable doing it! How can you not be comfortable cutting hair? She charged me the full price for a terrible attitude, minimal thinning, and not meeting my needs! A dreadful experience and a waste of money! I will make sure everyone knows not to visit this place!
