Avoid becoming a member of this gym if you ever plan on canceling! I relocated to a different state and faced obstacles when trying to terminate my membership. They demanded a $100 cancellation fee, which was not mentioned in my contract. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I was continuously promised that it would be looked into. Just a month before my contract was due to end, I received notices from a collection agency for late fees amounting to $371! It has been incredibly frustrating trying to reach someone who can provide assistance.
My partner and I have been attending Super Future for two months now. The staff is exceptional, and the facility is impeccably clean. Every visit, we notice the staff diligently cleaning and maintaining the equipment. We enjoy a chair yoga class once a week, and the instructor is top-notch. The membership cost is also very reasonable.
Ever since I began my fitness journey a few months ago, Super Future has been the ultimate place to kickstart my healthier lifestyle. The team is consistently attentive and friendly to all visitors, regardless of who's on duty at the reception. I particularly appreciate the availability of protein shakes, which makes it convenient to grab a quick meal when my schedule is packed. Stepping into the gym's entrance always fills me with excitement and focus, whether I'm alone or with friends. Super Future truly creates a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for workouts, and I am extremely satisfied with the time I've spent there!
