I consistently have a fantastic experience at Lindsay nails! The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond in their work, and the space is impeccably clean. Lin Da does a remarkable job on my acrylics, they always last and never break. I highly recommend 😊
My initial visit here was the most exceptional experience I've had getting a gel manicure. And this is coming from someone who is extremely selective! Everyone there is incredibly welcoming and friendly. While appointments are necessary, they accommodated a walk-in for me promptly. The individual who did my nails, Hau (I believe that's the correct spelling!), was incredibly charming. She paid close attention to detail, had a warm disposition, and consistently checked in to ensure I was pleased with the shape and cuticle clean-up. I felt at ease and was extremely satisfied with my nails; the ambiance and their pricing are top-notch.
They disregarded my preferences entirely. All I requested was glitter with an acrylic clear coat over my French tip, yet they persisted in doing what they wanted. I only asked for a refill, and they charged me for a broken nail that was originally applied incorrectly and began to lift. They lack the skill for contemporary nail designs. The nails are thin because they refused to apply a layer of CLEAR ACRYLIC over the French. It's not difficult.
