Welcoming staff. They consistently checked if I was satisfied with each step of the process. Engaging conversations and prompt service.
I visit occasionally, mainly for pedicures. The technician I prefer does an exceptional job, leaving my feet incredibly smooth. I'd rather not mention her name to keep her availability open 😉
The pictures may deceive, but the reality is a mess. My sibling and I both opted for acrylic nails, but the nail technician accidentally cut my sister's cuticle and then applied alcohol to the wound. Despite requesting short nails with regular polish, we were given long nails with gel polish instead. The salon tried to charge us for the gel, but after pointing out their error, they offered a discount without acknowledging their mistake. To make matters worse, my sister's nails have streaks from the gel polish. All of this happened in just 20 minutes.
