Keisha is an amazing hairstylist, they are attentive and genuinely care about making their clients look their best. Their precision in coloring and cutting is exceptional. The entire team at the salon is fantastic, truly remarkable individuals!
After my previous hairstylist moved away, I started going to Darlene. They are meticulous and consistently deliver excellent results on my curly, frizzy hair! Due to my busy work schedule, I rely on a good haircut as a necessity, and I am thrilled to have found Darlene. They are truly exceptional!
The salon owner Keisha styled my hair beautifully and is a kind individual. I do not recommend stylist Darlene for Black/African American hair due to her outdated techniques. She also displays rudeness and condescension. Despite being 15 minutes late for my appointment, which I was willing to reschedule, Darlene chose to publicly embarrass me in front of other clients and stylists. I suggested she use the payment for my mother's appointment since she refused to accommodate me, yet she still charged my mother, falsely claiming I had caused her to cancel another client's appointment without providing any service.
