Under no circumstances should you visit Sahara. My sister and I went in to have our eyebrows done, and the individual had no clue what she was doing! The Manager was very understanding of my concern, but it's disheartening that I, who have never attended cosmetology school, know more than Sahara. It's unacceptable to wax the same area multiple times; she waxed one of my eyebrows in the same spot THREE TIMES, causing a chemical burn and severe swelling in my eye. And let's not even discuss how uneven they are! I feel ashamed to go out looking like this!
Just departed from here after my son's haircut. (If only I knew the incompetent stylist's name to hold her accountable) she was presented with a photo of my son's desired style, engaged in a detailed discussion with my husband and son to clarify the specifics of the haircut. However, she did the exact opposite of what was requested and completely ruined his hair. It's now uneven and messy. He is devastated, having spent 6 months growing his hair for a specific style, only to have it destroyed by someone careless. What's the point of communicating your preferences to a stylist if they are going to disregard them? This is the most AWFUL stylist... I will ensure that everyone I know steers clear of this establishment!!
This establishment must be shut down. These individuals are not professionals. What in the world is wrong with the owner of this establishment? Sahara completely messed up my eyebrows and my sister's, she excessively waxed and severely burned my sister. I requested a refund when my sister's face started swelling, but there was no apology. When I asked to speak with the Manager, Jordan revealed that she has been trying to terminate this employee for a year due to repeated incidents like this. Claiming that corporate is hindering her from taking action, it's unbelievable.
