I recently had a perm done at this salon. The initial price quoted to me was $75, but after the perm was done, additional products were applied to my hair without my consent. To my surprise, the final bill came out to be $135. Disappointingly, my hair appeared flat and devoid of any signs of a perm. I refrained from wetting or styling it for three days, hoping for improvement, but to no avail. I've been getting my nails done for over a decade & this has never happened. The pickup process is incredibly convenient, and I often complete it within 2 minutes. Target's pickup service surpasses any other similar service I have used. Their notification system works efficiently, and their staff members are generally very courteous. It significantly simplifies my life.

Under no circumstances should you visit Sahara. My sister and I went in to have our eyebrows done, and the individual had no clue what she was doing! The Manager was very understanding of my concern, but it's disheartening that I, who have never attended cosmetology school, know more than Sahara. It's unacceptable to wax the same area multiple times; she waxed one of my eyebrows in the same spot THREE TIMES, causing a chemical burn and severe swelling in my eye. And let's not even discuss how uneven they are!
