I utilized the online waitlist feature, allowing me to run errands and grab a quick meal while monitoring my place in line. Upon arrival, only two people were ahead of me, and I waited less than 10 minutes. Despite the busy back-to-school season with a line forming outside, the salon had enough stylists to manage the rush. My stylist, Peyton, was fantastic. I showed her a couple of hairstyle pictures and explained my preferences, and she attentively listened and provided her expert advice based on my hair type. As she started working on my hair, I felt completely at ease. I was thrilled with the final look. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day at work.
We adore our Great Clips team - Alex, Jordan, Taylor, and Skylar are all incredibly friendly and attentive. My twin 4-year-old girls love coming in for a neat haircut and all the pampering! 💕
This Great Clips is hands down the best one I've been to! I'm grateful to live nearby and it's my go-to spot for haircuts. Riley styled my hair today, and she's incredibly talented and kind. I enjoy chatting with her and the rest of the team every time I visit. The staff here are not only skilled stylists but also wonderful individuals whom I trust with my hair without hesitation. They've become like good pals to me. Kudos to all you fantastic ladies! I'll bring a big basket of goodies for you soon! Definitely deserving of more than 5 stars!
