The ladies in here are fabulous! I was in a group of 4 and we all left with nails just like the pictures that were shown to each of our nail techs. On top of the great service they were all personable and kept us laughing.
Pedicure was pretty good but went to get a fill and was by far the worst nails I have ever had in my life. What was worse is I think she actually thought they looked good. I told her they were crooked and she said it’ll be fine and continued. I was indeed not fine.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Please do not waste your time or money coming here. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I arrived for my full set appt. and they lady was very rude from the start. I showed her a simple picture of what I wanted and she seemed very confused and unsure what she was doing. Midway through the appt. I’m noticing nails are very uneven and crooked so I express my concerns. She assures me it’ll be fine and she will fix it. By the end of the appt. I am not pleased with my nails whatsoever and she tells me they’re going to be $65!! I once again express my issues with the manager and she says there’s nothing they can do and I have to pay for them. Can’t believe I was expected to pay $65 for something it looks like a child did and they made no effort in fixing the issue. Very upset with my experience.
