Terrible management service experience. I faithfully use the Ulta app and always designate my daughter as the alternate person for order pickup. This time, they refused to release it to her, leading to a frustrating confrontation. When I pointed out her listing on the app for pickup and called the store, I was met with resistance. The staff should review their system thoroughly to avoid such issues and unnecessary calls. I am thoroughly displeased with this Ulta store, despite being a loyal customer. If I'm upset, allow me to express my frustration and resolve the issue promptly. Customer service standards are lacking nowadays.
I adore shopping at Ulta. The team consistently impresses me, enhancing my makeup shopping experience. This store always stocks my beloved Mac foundation in my shade, a challenge to find, along with blush from Tarte.
My worst experience at this location, as a first-time visitor. The hair stylist, Eliza, scheduled an appointment for 4:30, only to be mysteriously unavailable upon my arrival, seemingly hiding in the back. Despite the store being empty, they claimed to be fully booked. This level of service is incredibly disappointing, and Eliza's unprofessional behavior is evident.
