Locating items was a breeze, especially with the app guiding us to the exact aisle. The store was well-maintained, fully stocked, and the staff were approachable and helpful. Their presence made it easy to seek assistance when needed.
Due to my late working hours, I often shop here around 9 PM. However, I frequently encounter the self-checkout being closed, leaving only one cashier open. The line extends back into the clothing section, resulting in a lengthy 20-minute wait. This situation is not satisfactory.
We visited on 3/12/2020. Overall, our experience was positive until the checkout process. There were only two traditional lanes open, with the rest being self-checkout. Both types of lanes were crowded, causing delays. If customers are expected to self-checkout, a discount should be offered.
