It was a nail emergency, and they didn't do the nail style I desired, and the design was sloppy. Extremely dissatisfied, I requested French tips but the color application was extremely messy. My nails were not cleaned up properly. The nail technician was wearing a shirt that said "breathe," which ironically made me focus on my breathing to calm down from the poor nail job. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
