Lovely boutique and spa!! Tried the million dollar facial (a must-try) along with a pedicure and makeup session. What a delightful experience!! All these individuals are phenomenal. Since I was young, around 14 or 15, I have been a regular at the salon. Now at 22, I continue to visit for my go-to haircut, always perfect and exactly how I like it. Exceptional visit. With the recent reopening of barber services in Missouri, some may feel anxious. However, this establishment is strictly adhering to safety protocols. Impeccably clean with thorough disinfection of all surfaces. I was seated after another patron and appreciated the meticulous cleaning in between appointments (by reservation only.) Witnessed the tools being sanitized right before my eyes and underwent a thermal scan. Terrible management service experience. I faithfully use the Ulta app and always designate my daughter as the alternate person for order pickup. This time, they refused to release it to her, leading to a frustrating confrontation. When I pointed out her listing on the app for pickup and called the store, I was met with resistance. The staff should review their system thoroughly to avoid such issues and unnecessary calls. I am thoroughly displeased with this Ulta store, despite being a loyal customer. If I'm upset, allow me to express my frustration and resolve the issue promptly. Customer service standards are lacking nowadays.About
