My nail technician filed the skin around my nails and cuticles, and my skin hasn't healed, keeps bleeding and reopening. It was a nail emergency, and they didn't do the nail style I desired, and the design was sloppy. Extremely dissatisfied, I requested French tips but the color application was extremely messy. My nails were not cleaned up properly. The nail technician was wearing a shirt that said "breathe," which ironically made me focus on my breathing to calm down from the poor nail job. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I regret delaying my review! Following two awful encounters at different weight loss clinics, I eventually discovered one that genuinely prioritizes my well-being! The physician is a legitimate medical professional and surpasses the others in knowledge. Being 59, this journey is significant for me. Dr. Moore dedicated time to review my blood work (I brought results from my primary care physician which were satisfactory) and offered recommendations. Her expertise shone through from our initial conversation during my first visit. The entire clinic staff is warm and supportive, always available to answer calls during business hours and address queries - a contrast to my previous experiences where the focus seemed solely on extracting money. I saved a substantial amount on medication at this clinic. I am shedding pounds and feeling fantastic. Impeccably clean with thorough disinfection of all surfaces. I was seated after another patron and appreciated the meticulous cleaning in between appointments (by reservation only.) Witnessed the tools being sanitized right before my eyes and underwent a thermal scan.
