It was a nail emergency, and they didn't do the nail style I desired, and the design was sloppy. I regret delaying my review! Following two awful encounters at different weight loss clinics, I eventually discovered one that genuinely prioritizes my well-being! The physician is a legitimate medical professional and surpasses the others in knowledge. Being 59, this journey is significant for me. Dr. Moore dedicated time to review my blood work (I brought results from my primary care physician which were satisfactory) and offered recommendations. Her expertise shone through from our initial conversation during my first visit. The entire clinic staff is warm and supportive, always available to answer calls during business hours and address queries - a contrast to my previous experiences where the focus seemed solely on extracting money. I saved a substantial amount on medication at this clinic. I am shedding pounds and feeling fantastic. I visited for a 75-minute facial but was disappointed to find that it lasted less than 50 minutes. The quality of the facial itself was subpar and certainly did not justify the $185 price tag. Interestingly, while recounting my negative experience at a Bradley Fair store with my daughter, a former Healing Waters employee overheard and shared her own story of mistreatment, prompting her to quit after just three weeks. This encounter solidified my negative perception of the establishment. Despite providing feedback post-service, I received no response, underscoring their lackluster customer service. I cannot in good conscience recommend getting a facial at Healing Waters, as I feel I wasted over $200 for an unsatisfactory experience. Extremely dissatisfied, I requested French tips but the color application was extremely messy. My nails were not cleaned up properly. The nail technician was wearing a shirt that said "breathe," which ironically made me focus on my breathing to calm down from the poor nail job. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

No. Absolutely not. Firstly, the pedicure I paid for is not what I received and did not last as long as it was advertised for. Then they made me walk barefoot across their floor because they didn’t have any disposable sandals. They also charged me an extra $20 for gel polish on my toes when the person only gave me gel samples and their pedicure I received stated it came with polish. Then they did my nails and they are uneven, you can see brush strokes (I got matte and they are not evenly applied), the polish also doesn’t cover my entire nail. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.About

Terrible management service experience. I faithfully use the Ulta app and always designate my daughter as the alternate person for order pickup. This time, they refused to release it to her, leading to a frustrating confrontation. When I pointed out her listing on the app for pickup and called the store, I was met with resistance. The staff should review their system thoroughly to avoid such issues and unnecessary calls. I am thoroughly displeased with this Ulta store, despite being a loyal customer.
