This time, they refused to release it to her, leading to a frustrating confrontation. When I pointed out her listing on the app for pickup and called the store, I was met with resistance. The staff should review their system thoroughly to avoid such issues and unnecessary calls. I am thoroughly displeased with this Ulta store, despite being a loyal customer. If I'm upset, allow me to express my frustration and resolve the issue promptly. Customer service standards are lacking nowadays.
