Pool Trends exceeded our expectations with our pool. They were exceptional in every aspect. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of a pool. Wade addressed all our inquiries and delivered exactly what we desired. Nick, their chief superintendent, is a perfectionist and ensures top-notch installation without cutting any corners.
The customer service is outstanding. Even though we decided not to proceed with a pool installation, Wade was incredibly helpful and treated us with respect. He's an amazing individual! I will definitely suggest him to any friends interested in getting a pool.
Wade and Team did a fantastic job on our in-ground salt water pool setup. During the contract signing, they thoroughly discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each component (pool type, equipment, covers, layout, etc…), which we truly valued. Throughout the construction, the team paid great attention to detail in every phase. Any queries we had were promptly addressed within 24 hours. Upon completion, we had a thorough session at Pool School. We have already discussed future upgrades with Wade and are confident they will surpass our expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering building a pool.
