I have long, curly hair and was looking for someone to give it some shape and life and love. I wanted someone who knew how to cut curls and decided to take a chance with Kaitlyn today and let me tell you... I AM SO GLAD I DID! She took the time to really listen to what I was wanting and I could not be happier with the outcome! I feel more like real self! ❤️❤️❤️
Waited 30 minutes past my appointment, my stylist clearly wasn't going to finish before 4-4:30. Got told to understand it's like going to the doctor and sometimes appointments run long. I admit I didn't handle being talked down to very well. In the future when someone is trying to establish with a stylist, maybe treat them like their time is just as valuable instead of treating them like they're insignificant.
I’m always nervous as a curly haired guy going to get a haircut, but Kaitlyn did an incredible job taking my messy curls and giving them new life! She was helpful in advice, product recommendations and good company. I’ve finally found my home salon!
