My nail technician filed the skin around my nails and cuticles, and my skin hasn't healed, keeps bleeding and reopening. It was a nail emergency, and they didn't do the nail style I desired, and the design was sloppy. I had to go home and redo it myself.
I won't return. I disliked my nails; they looked aged instead of fresh and new, all different shapes 😡 Today, one of my nails cracked without any impact. The only positive was the lady who did my feet; she did an amazing job, they're flawless 🤩
I've been a patron here for years. I truly adored this spot. I had my nails done and they weren't worth the cost. I paid 80$ in total. A 5$ tip. I always go to Dee, as does my whole clan. I phoned to ask if she could fix them as they weren't up to par (photos included) she wasn't very pleasant on the phone but agreed to rectify it. So, I came in today for a redo. She hardly spoke, just said “they look fine” when I showed her the nails, and disregarded the issues - bumps on the acrylic, air bubbles. She insisted she never errs. I was disheartened by her demeanor, rushed through my nails, and was impolite. I've always been kind and bring in new clients. She lost a customer today, a missed opportunity to salvage this interaction.
