I visited for a 75-minute facial but was disappointed to find that it lasted less than 50 minutes. The quality of the facial itself was subpar and certainly did not justify the $185 price tag. Interestingly, while recounting my negative experience at a Bradley Fair store with my daughter, a former Healing Waters employee overheard and shared her own story of mistreatment, prompting her to quit after just three weeks. This encounter solidified my negative perception of the establishment. Despite providing feedback post-service, I received no response, underscoring their lackluster customer service. I cannot in good conscience recommend getting a facial at Healing Waters, as I feel I wasted over $200 for an unsatisfactory experience. I did leave a 20% tip out of sympathy for the facialist, who was pleasant but ultimately delivered a disappointing facial treatment.
I must extend my highest praise to my friend Juniper for delivering a flawless service! I was beyond satisfied with the level of care and attention she provided; her sincerity truly made me feel valued and respected throughout the entire experience. To those who may have had a less than stellar visit initially, I urge you to give it another chance – we are all human after all! Thank you, Juniper, for your dedication and for being such a remarkable individual in taking care of me. I will not only return for more but will also enthusiastically recommend any of you to my dearest friends and family members! Sending abundant love to all!
