I visited last week, what should have taken an hour turned into 4. Asked for my gray hair to be toned. Instead, the stylist used bleach on my entire head. I also needed a trim and showed her previous pictures of my hair. I was never shown the back. I paid and left in tears. I had to seek another stylist to try and fix it. The shop owner promised to assist but only walked by and cringed. My hair has never been so badly handled. I demand a refund.
My husband, teenage daughter and I all go to Alex at Hair Plus. She always does a fantastic job, listens to our preferences and she is a wonderfully friendly lady. Their prices are unbeatable. We won't go to anyone else if we can help it! Keep up the great work Alex! Love you!
Sam has been styling the hair of most of my grandkids, kids, and mine and my wife's hair for what feels like forever! All the stylists and Laura (nails) are fantastic!!! The salon has a great atmosphere, is spotless, and offers engaging conversations. From colors to cuts, they can do it all! Highly recommend Hair Plus!
