No. Absolutely not. Firstly, the pedicure I paid for is not what I received and did not last as long as it was advertised for. Then they made me walk barefoot across their floor because they didn’t have any disposable sandals. They also charged me an extra $20 for gel polish on my toes when the person only gave me gel samples and their pedicure I received stated it came with polish. Then they did my nails and they are uneven, you can see brush strokes (I got matte and they are not evenly applied), the polish also doesn’t cover my entire nail. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
So very let down. I’m from out of state and visited here based on the reviews I read. Called in advance and my call was handled professionally. Was excited for a relaxing, manicure and pedicure. I Opted for the most expensive pedicure they offered and the dip manicure. I can't express how disappointed I am. There was zero relaxation. One person did my feet and another person did my fingernails as I sat in the pedicure chair. So awkward having to reach over so she could reach my hands. To soak the polish off my fingernails for the manicure, she put my hands in a bucket of vinegar and left me to sit for almost 30 minutes. Then they realized she used the wrong solution to soak the polish off. So I had to start all over with nail polish remover. Meanwhile, she, the person doing my toenails, and two other women from the salon, laughed and chatted loudly over me. The woman who appeared to be in charge, possibly the owner, sat in the pedicure chair next to me and eventually got her own pedicure. Her four-year-old daughter ran around the salon. The little girl was adorable but with her and the four women having a casual conversation and being very distracted while providing my services, it made for an extremely unpleasant experience. Not only that, but they did a very poor job. The dip powder has stained all over my fingers, the cuticles were hardly touched. I'm only five minutes out of the salon and one nail is already peeling. When they applied the oil as the final step, they didn't massage it into my fingers or anything. Just let it drip everywhere. I'm so let down. Getting my nails done is my one little luxury, it's costly and I really can't afford to do it and now I'll have to redo my nails at my regular Salon when I get home. I know they will be shocked when they see this work. On a positive note, the women were all friendly.
I accompanied my son here to get his nails done. Willow took excellent care of his nails, creating stunning artistry that my son absolutely adores. He's thrilled with how handsome his nails look, and we're definitely planning to return for more of these fantastic experiences.
