My nail technician filed the skin around my nails and cuticles, and my skin hasn't healed, keeps bleeding and reopening. It was a nail emergency, and they didn't do the nail style I desired, and the design was sloppy. Since I was young, around 14 or 15, I have been a regular at the salon. Now at 22, I continue to visit for my go-to haircut, always perfect and exactly how I like it. The stylist is top-notch and incredibly kind. Extremely dissatisfied, I requested French tips but the color application was extremely messy. My nails were not cleaned up properly. The nail technician was wearing a shirt that said "breathe," which ironically made me focus on my breathing to calm down from the poor nail job. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
