No. Absolutely not. Firstly, the pedicure I paid for is not what I received and did not last as long as it was advertised for. Then they made me walk barefoot across their floor because they didn’t have any disposable sandals. They also charged me an extra $20 for gel polish on my toes when the person only gave me gel samples and their pedicure I received stated it came with polish. Then they did my nails and they are uneven, you can see brush strokes (I got matte and they are not evenly applied), the polish also doesn’t cover my entire nail. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.About

This time, they refused to release it to her, leading to a frustrating confrontation. When I pointed out her listing on the app for pickup and called the store, I was met with resistance. The staff should review their system thoroughly to avoid such issues and unnecessary calls. I am thoroughly displeased with this Ulta store, despite being a loyal customer.
