Absolutely terrible experience, went in for a pedicure and it was incredibly painful. Will not be returning. I wouldn't even give them a single star. When I went back to speak with the manager, they made excuses and blamed my tight shoes.
Had my nails done here and opted for a simple design. The individual (didn't catch their name, my apologies) who did my nails was incredibly kind. They took care to properly file down the old nails, utilizing a soaking process that I always appreciate due to my weak nails. The end result looked pretty good, with just a few minor imperfections here and there upon close inspection, but I'm not overly critical. They consistently checked in to ensure I wasn't in discomfort, engaged in pleasant conversation, and overall provided a great experience.
